IT Solutions and Services – the Siemens IT powerhouse
– embodies the comprehensive IT expertise of Siemens. We pool
the IT know-how gathered by the company over the course of decades
in the area of software development, services and solutions. We
have no rivals on the market in providing industry and business
process expertise from a single source.
Since the start of 2007, Siemens IT Solutions
and Services comprises the following five Groups:
- Business Innovation Center (BIC), Switzerland
- Development Innovations and Projects (DIP), Greece
- Program and System Engineering (PSE), Austria
- Siemens Business Services (SBS), Germany
- Siemens Information Systems Ltd. (SISL), India
In fiscal year 2007 Siemens IT Solutions and Services
employed some 43,000 people around the world and generated sales
of around € 5.4 billion.
In
Luxembourg, Siemens IT Solutions and Services has 70 employees
and posted sales for an amount of EUR 15.4 million in fiscal year
2005. In 2004, the company has founded a PSF (Professionel du Secteur
Financier) subsidiary, Siemens IT Solutions and Services Finance,
in order to comply with CSSF regulations and better serve its financial
services customers.
Siemens IT Solutions and Services Luxembourg is lead by Philippe
Houssier (Chief Executive Officer) and Alain Kaiser
(Financial and Administration Manager). |
